Our History

The Nocellara olive trees that produce Minerva EVO were planted centuries ago by our ancestors on family land in Sicily.

Generation after generation, these trees have been cared for with the same respect and attention, following a rhythm that has never changed. The harvest has always been carried out by hand, with patience and precision, preserving the integrity of both the fruit and the land.

These trees are centuries old. They have witnessed time pass, families change, and traditions endure.

For most of their history, the oil produced from these olives was never intended for sale. It was part of everyday life, made in small quantities for family use, shaped by the character of each harvest.

Minerva EVO exists to preserve this continuity.

Each harvest is treated as a singular moment, never blended across years and never replicated. What we share today is not a product designed for scale, but the result of centuries of care.
